Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery for exchange or full refund, excluding original postage costs.

Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all parts, accessories and packaging.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of an error by Alaska Christmas and you have received an incorrect or defective item then we will refund reasonable return postage costs after it has been returned for inspection.

Please contact us before returning items.

On all returns and exchanges please note the reason for the return and include the original receipt with your return.

Please add any packing list or shipping certificate supplied by us if available to avoid customs and duties when we receive the item back.

Please make a copy of the receipt and any packing list or shipping certificate to keep for your records.
