How do I find my product?

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact us for assistance.

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I post a review?

At Balsam Hil® we strive to provide our customers the very best products and customer service experience. Balsam Hill reviews are extremely important to us. What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not deliver your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my credit appear on my account?

If you decide to return an item according to our return policy we will try our best to credit you as quickly as possible. Please note that all returns must be inspected by our quality control team. Please allow us up to 30 days after receipt of your return at our return center to inspect your return and apply your credit. Thank you for your understanding.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. Please note that the My Account section of the site is only accessible on desktop and tablet devices. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

As soon as the payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to your email, including Postage Tracker and Receipt. Please mind that Confirmation Email may take up to 2 hours to be sent.

What if I miss the end of a sale?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate customers who have missed a Sale, so please note the Sale end dates posted on our site and be sure to place your order before the end of the day (11:59PM AEDT) on the date indicated.

Has my order shipped?

After making the payment, a Confirmation Email will be sent to your email. You can easily track your order via the link sent to your email. For more updates or details about your order, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.
